Inspired by her reading of “Love in the Time of Cholera by author Gabriel Garcia Marquez,  this artist found a parallel running through both Covid and cholera; while death appears as a main character in the unfolding drama of life, this collagist takes affront and reasserts L-I-F-E in classic Marquezian style.

Q.: What happens when gross understatement meets high hyperbole?
